Return & Exchange Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned—whether it's a mix-up, a faulty part, or just a case of “I ordered this at 3 AM and now I regret nothing… but also everything.” No worries! We’ve got you covered.

Returns – The Not-So-Fine Print

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be:
✔️ In its original condition (unused, unmodified, and as fresh as the day it arrived)
✔️ In original packaging (bubble wrap is your friend)
✔️ Shipped back safely – We’re good, but we can’t fix a package that looks like it lost a wrestling match with the postal service.

💡 How to Start a Return:
1️⃣ Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll guide you through the process faster than a speedrun.
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (minus any shipping costs).

🚨 What We Can’t Accept:

Items that have been damaged, tampered with, or disassembled (if you’ve taken a screwdriver to it, we assume you’re keeping it).
Items returned outside the 30-day window.

Exchanges – Because Sometimes You Just Need a Swap

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived looking like it had a rough journey, we’ll happily replace it. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out.

Warranty Claims – Because We’ve Got Your Back

All our repairs come with a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. If something stops working due to a repair issue, reach out, and we’ll make it right—free of charge! (Just don’t try using your controller as a frisbee. That’s on you.)

The Fine-ish Print

Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you paid with gold coins or arcade tokens, we’ll have to figure something out.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return doesn’t meet our policy, we may have to send it back (on your dime). So be sure to follow the steps!
